■It is prohibited to swimming in the sea.
■It is prohibited to feeding wildlife.
■It is highly appreciate if you can bring back trash to keep our beautiful sea.
■Trash bin is settled at the entrance of AMA NO SAMPO MICHI.
■There are no toilet along the way, please use them in advance.
■You can rental trekking shoes and animal repellent bells.
■We provide you bottled water at front-desk. Please enjoy walking with cold water.
■Watch out your steps, it will be muddy road after raining.
AMA NO SAMPO MICHI
Round trip 1.5km, required time 60 minutes.
You can walk across the sea shore when its low tide, like a “Mont-Saint-Michel”in France.
GENSEI NO MORI SAMPO MICHI
Round trip 1.2km, required time 120 minutes.
Surrounded huge virgin forest. You can watch wild Sakura in the spring.
ARAISO NO SAMPO MICHI
Round trip 1.8km, required time 160 minutes.
Healing with wave sounds. Dyed ocean by sunrise (turning to red color) is also popular.
TENKU NO SAMPO MICHI
Round trip 1.5km, required time 140 minutes.
After climbing steep slope, dynamic scenery will be coming out in front of you.
